Shunned but Shining Book

Shunned but Shining empowers those harmed by shunning to heal through creativity, reflection, and affirmations—offering compassion, self-expression, and hope so survivors’ light continues to shine

Shunning can not only disrupt an individuals' sense of empowerment and meaning in their life it also creates feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, loss of self-esteem, anxiety, depression and can lead to addiction, and unfortunately suicide. "Shunned but Shining" seeks to create an environment of love, light and acceptance while allowing each individual to explore their emotions in a creative and constructive way. This coloring book also offers journaling pages as well as positive daily mantras. Shunned but Shining has created the intention to help the victims of shunning to not be overcome by the darkness of shunning but to allow their light to shine through the darkness. After all, who cares of you are being shunned when you are still shining?
